Roots is a family-run, independent restaurant in Coeur d’Alene. Will and Lynda bring a love of good food and warm hospitality to every evening around the oven.
Our flour is fresh milled, regionally grown, and full of flavor. We make our sourdough in-house and give it 48–96 hours to ferment. Our tomato sauce is made from scratch and cooked low and slow. Our cheese is grated in-house for extra freshness. Good things take a little time.
